Returns & Refunds

At ASMI, every piece is thoughtfully crafted. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help β€” with a simple and transparent return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags attached and original packaging intact
  • Free from stains, perfume, or alterations
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Items marked as Final Sale, custom-stitched, or part of a limited collection are non-returnable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability.

  • One exchange per item is permitted
  • If unavailable, store credit or refund will be offered
  • Shipping charges are borne by the customer (unless defective/wrong item)
  • Customised, embroidered, or altered garments are not eligible

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
  • Store credit: available within 24 hours of approval
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours

Sale or discounted items are refunded as store credit only.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Cancellation is not possible once shipped
  • Customised or stitched orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation

Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised, embroidered, or monogrammed pieces
  • Stitched garments (custom-fitted)
  • Accessories (covers, bags, etc.)
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or discounted above 40%
  • Products damaged due to misuse or washing
  • Gift cards and store credits

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason. Attach images if needed.

Receive approval within 2 business days along with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Pack securely with original packaging and ship the product with RA number mentioned.

4

After inspection (within 3 days), your refund, exchange, or store credit is processed.
