Easy 7-Day Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are completely free — we’ve got it covered

To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to us via email or WhatsApp with your order details.


How It Works

  1. Share your order ID and reason for return

  2. Attach clear images showing the product is unused with tags intact

  3. Our team will review and confirm your request

Once approved:

  • Reverse pickup is arranged within 24 hours

  • Pickup is completed within 1–2 days

  • Refund or exchange is processed after quality check


Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after pickup.


Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2–3 days of placing them, before they are shipped.
Once shipped, orders are eligible for return or exchange only.


Self-Ship (if pickup is unavailable)

In rare cases where reverse pickup isn’t available:

  • You may ship the product to us

  • A reimbursement of ₹200 will be provided for shipping
