How do I make a purchase?
Explore our shop and select the product you like. Click βAdd to Bagβ on the product page to save it to your cart.
When youβre ready, click the bag icon in the top-right corner and choose βView Cartβ to review your items. You can remove any product from your cart or continue shopping if youβd like to add more.
Once youβre satisfied with your selection, click βProceed to Checkoutβ to place your order.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes. Youβre welcome to browse our collections without creating an account. However, to place an order, youβll need to register with us. Creating an account is quick and simple, and it allows you to enjoy the benefits of shopping with us.
To get started, click βRegisterβ at the top right of the page and fill in your details.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the Sign In page.
Payment
What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?
We accept multiple payment options for domestic orders, including:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)
- Debit Cards issued by major banks
- Net Banking through leading banks
- Digital Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (available for orders upto Rs 5000)
Bank transfers can be arranged upon special request.

Is it Safe to use my credit card online at Asmi?
Yes. We use secure encryption and protected payment systems to keep your personal and payment information safe at all times. Transactions are verified to ensure a secure checkout experience.
You may also choose to save your card details securely for faster checkout on future orders.
What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?
If you notice that your card has been charged more than once for the same order, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance. You can contact us by phone or email us at support@shopasmi.com, and weβll look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
Our customer support team is available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Delivery
When will I get my order?
We only work with top logistics partners in India and the delivery timeline (post dispatch) varies from 2-4 working days depending upon the city to which the order is to be delivered.
What are the delivery charges?
- We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal convenience fee is applicable.
- For certain orders or locations, a minimal shipping charge may apply.
Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment. - All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, youβll receive an email containing your tracking number (AWB) along with the name of the courier partner. You can use this tracking number on the courierβs website (such as Bluedart or Delhivery) to check the status of your shipment and view the estimated delivery date.
