How do I make a purchase?

Explore our shop and select the product you like. Click “Add to Bag” on the product page to save it to your cart.

When you’re ready, click the bag icon in the top-right corner and choose “View Cart” to review your items. You can remove any product from your cart or continue shopping if you’d like to add more.

Once you’re satisfied with your selection, click “Proceed to Checkout” to place your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes. You’re welcome to browse our collections without creating an account. However, to place an order, you’ll need to register with us. Creating an account is quick and simple, and it allows you to enjoy the benefits of shopping with us.

To get started, click “Register” at the top right of the page and fill in your details.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the Sign In page.

Payment

What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?

We accept multiple payment options for domestic orders, including:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)
  • Debit Cards issued by major banks
  • Net Banking through leading banks
  • Digital Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (available for orders upto Rs 7000)

Bank transfers can be arranged upon special request.

Is it Safe to use my credit card online at Asmi?

Yes. We use secure encryption and protected payment systems to keep your personal and payment information safe at all times. Transactions are verified to ensure a secure checkout experience.

You may also choose to save your card details securely for faster checkout on future orders.

What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

If you notice that your card has been charged more than once for the same order, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance. You can contact us by phone or email us at shopasmi.helpdesk@gmail.com, and we’ll look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.

Our customer support team is available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Delivery

When will I get my order?

We only work with top logistics partners in India and the delivery timeline (post dispatch) varies from 2-4 working days depending upon the city to which the order is to be delivered.

What are the delivery charges?
  • For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), a charge of ₹500 will be applicable.
  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 5,000.
  • For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, a base charge of Rs. 99 is levied.
  • The product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes and duties
How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number (AWB) along with the name of the courier partner. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website (such as Bluedart or Delhivery) to check the status of your shipment and view the estimated delivery date.
